Life Matters: The Power of 10Ps for achieving anything-Success & Happiness

Nothing remains the same forever in our lives. Everything changes sooner or later. Only a thing that is never going to change is a change itself. All creatures including human beings who born on this planet must die one day. From womb to tomb, only we are doing is experiencing the life at the will of ours and our people. Find that will, find that choice, find that thing which gives you the most valuable gift that could be remembered as a legacy.
The best way to live life is to live every day like never been before. All people want to have the life they desire for their own happiness and success. However, having the life we ever thought could be possible is not so easy to get by a chance; we have to act towards it with a great enthusiasm and deliberate effort. The 10Ps of getting all we want in our life are briefly described here.
1. Purpose:  The purpose is something we want to get. If we don’t know what we want to have, who we want to become and why we want to get it then there is no or very less chance we can succeed. Setting the purpose gives the success and getting the purpose fulfilled gives happiness. In setting purposes, people can be grouped as the following three categories:
  • People with no purposes: The People, who do not know what their purposes are in the first category which we call it ignorant (an opposite of awareness) or unaware category. Most people belong to this category as they are unaware about what to do, how to do, why to do and when to do. These people are more likely to be failures and less likely to be successful and happy because they have no definite purposes and clear sense of what they are doing.
  • People with just purpose: The people who do know their purposes but do not take any initiatives for the things they want to get are in this category. These people are moderate in numbers and better than people with no purpose making, less effective than people with action and purpose making. We also call this second category as “aware but inactive”
  •  People with purpose and action: The people who do know the purpose and act accordingly are in the third category known as “aware and active”. A very few people belong to this category as a very few define the purposes and do as per their purposes. So we call this third category as most productive in achieving success and happiness.
2. Passion: Passion is something we enjoy the most at. Most of people whose purposes are not aligned with the passion find it very difficult to succeed. However, if there is a perfect alignment between purpose and passion then success is in the hand of yours. People can give unlimited efforts and power to the things they love the most so passionate things are the signs of getting better and greater things.
3. Practice: Though the theory of anything is useful raw fact, that must be used repeatedly wherever needed to get the desired results. It has been told by many people that practice makes man perfect. To get specialized in one area of life, you should do it repeatedly and intensely for a particular period of time. It’s true that practice does not bring a variety of innovations but surely brings a lot of experiences or expertise that count more than anything to get success in any area of life.
4. Proactive: The proactive nature of human beings involves taking actions before waiting for them to happen. When we talk about it, other human natures such as reactive and inactive also have to be understood. Inactive is completely a passive form of human behavior. For instance, people with inactive nature usually do not respond to anything or anyone no matter what situations are likely to occur. On the other hand, people with reactive nature are likely to react or respond only when needed or respond according to the situations or people. Proactive people tend to outperform both the reactive and inactive people in getting success and happiness.
5. Patience: Having the patience to do something is a very important ability in achieving success as well as happiness. People with patients are able to accept or tolerate minor problems without being annoyed or anxious. For instance, a long time ago, a research is conducted about patience: A professor entered into a classroom with a bag of chocolates and told his students that if you would eat chocolates now, you can get just one chocolate but if you waited one and half hour you would get two chocolates. Which option do you choose? Based on the students’ choices, two groups were formed. After 20 years, these students’ lives were observed and concluded that those who had chosen to eat two chocolates after waiting for one and half hour were much happier and successful than those who had opted for one chocolate.  Hence, having the patience plays a significant role in accomplishing success and happiness.
6. Pride: Pride is a feeling of deep satisfaction or pleasure derived from one’s success or achievements that are broadly admired. In other words, it is a humble and content sense of attachment for one’s own or another’s choices and actions. It’s all about being proud of what you are doing and a sense of praise. If you are not happy with the things you are doing then they are not going to flourish or improve further. It is, therefore, important that we should feel proud and good at our works.
7. Persistency: Being a persistent means not to give up easily and continue doing the course of actions until and unless it really happens regardless of difficulty or opposition. This nature, ideally, brings lots of valuable things after some time. The persistence is one of the great skills to achieving greater things in life because with this, many scientists and entrepreneurs have invented/innovated many things to change the world to make it a better place to live.
8. Presence: We need to live in the present to bring more in the life ahead. Living in the past brings sadness, living in the present brings happiness and living in the future brings worries. However, the best possible way to get most out of it is to live in the present along with future possible risks and rewards. Our mind’s productivity is at the highest when we live our lives in the present which is likely to clear the blur or chaos in the mind and bring more joys and happiness. Remember that our mind works at best when there are no worries, no fear, no sadness, and no negative thoughts.
9. Programming: I am not talking about the computer programming here by the way. What I am trying to say is that our mind is made with 100 billion tiny cells and only 15% of it is activated so far in one’s life according to some research. What about the rest of it?  Before the 20s, each person’s life is spent mostly in learning rudimentary things such as socio-cultural farces-languages, norms, values, religion, lifestyles and so forth, without knowing the scientific methods of using the brain capacity. However, our mind works according to how it is being programmed. Our productivity for success and happiness depends on where we have been grown up. As compared to past, today is better and tomorrow will, even more, better than now so we have to reprogram our mind as per the possibility of future success and happiness. We should program our mind and habits to tackle with the possible risks and create more values in our lives.
10. Pleasure:  Pleasure is one of the most demanded things in the world. Having the ability to give gratification or pleasure to others is one of the greatest skills for both success and happiness. You can be pleased only when you give other something valuable things. Every relation is created in the form of “give-take” so that what you give others come back to you with even more of it.

Hence, having these 10Ps such as Purpose, Passion, Practice, proactive, Passion, Pride, Persistency, Presence, Programming, and Pleasure would be great skills and abilities to achieve success and happiness you really want. These characters and habits have to be built before it's too late for getting the desired results in our lives.

Life Matters: It’s all your choice, who you want to be and what you want to have

Only the way to live your life in the fullest for the lifetime is to open up your subconscious mind (a resourceful state of mind) by using the conscious mind (Judgemental state of mind). When we combine both, it becomes unclear or confusion or chaos in the mind and so as to get a manifestation of life, you have to avoid your most unclear ignorant part of the mind to see the clarity or right purpose of life. It’s quite a mysterious for many of us since we do not know much about it and we ignore the power residing within us. It can be simplified by an example that when you go into the darkest room where the level of darkness is higher than that of lightness, you won’t see anything, but then when the same room is supplied with enough lightness then you can see what’s there. The same thing happens with our mind. My question is what are you doing with your existing mind?  Are you supplying darkness or lightness to your mind?  If there is more lightness then darkness disappears b...

Life Matters: What Do Really Matter Most In Life?

The question, what matters most in life, is the question I always wanted to know, wanted to be answered but who is going to answer was still the next question. As I started to ask one after one question like that, I found a thousand questions on a queue, to be answered, and get frustrated in search of the answer for a while. However, one thing I did during those dark years was I never stopped asking or giving up because I knew I was on the right track, I knew I would find the answer, by hook or crook. Then something magical things started to happen?          Every blur vision that I had in my past has started to go a little by little and it is being superseded by clarity in the same ratio. Owing to this, now I have been able to know a clear sense of direction, a true purpose of my life, better than before. Holding the same question in the mind for many years, I just came to figure out what that matters most in life: HAPPINESS and then SUCCESS. ...

Life Matters: Life gives us everything we want but to the extent we truly deserve for

We have always been taught in a business school that business results/profits depend on inputs such as men, machine, material, money, management, and processing how things are being done. It means our business results or performance fundamentally rely on these 5Ms and processing. Like businesses, there are the essential things that are likely to determine the life results which I think are even bigger than business results.  I am not saying that business results have no value at all. Indeed, it had, it has and it will have but nothing is more valuable than the value of life. Your life exists so do other things. Now the question is what will determine the value of life? How does life give you the things you want? Both happiness and success cannot be bought. They have to be earned. For that, we have to be competent or right enough to earn.  It might be complicated for many of us at first but once we understand it, it seems easier than we ever thought it could be. Like ...
